Privacy

Your sheets stay on your phone.

This policy covers the apps and website of DEVDEVDEV SOLUTIONS SRL, including Dotwork. It is written to describe what the software actually does rather than to hedge — if a sentence here is ever untrue, that's a bug and I want to hear about it.

What Dotwork stores, and where

Everything you create in the app — your sheets, your marks, their times, your settings — is stored in a local database on your iPhone. There is no account, no sign-in, and no copy of that data on any server I control. Deleting the app deletes it permanently, because there is nothing to restore it from.

Analytics

The app sends a small number of product events (for example, that a session was started or a figure was completed) to PostHog, a product-analytics service, together with a random identifier generated when you installed the app. This tells me which features are used and which screens break; it does not identify you. I do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, or your device's advertising identifier, and I do not track you across other apps or websites.

Notifications

Reminders that a mark is ready are scheduled locally on your device. They never pass through a server, and no notification content leaves your phone.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple, which means I never see your payment details. To know whether a subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives an app-user identifier and the purchase receipt issued by Apple — never your card or billing address.

This website

The site you're reading sets no cookies and runs no analytics scripts. It is served by Cloudflare, which keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, time, page requested) as any web host does, and Apple's font service delivers the typeface used here.

Your rights

Because the app holds no personal data about you on a server, there is usually nothing for me to export or erase — deleting the app is the complete deletion. Where analysis events are held, you can ask me to delete the events tied to your app's random identifier at any time. As a resident of the EU you also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority; in Romania that is the ANSPDCP.

Children, and changes

The apps are not directed at children and collect no data from them. If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top changes and the previous version can be requested by email — there are no silent edits.
